Mr. Dueñas is a Texas-licensed attorney whose practice focuses on business law, immigration, and asset protection.

He advises business owners, entrepreneurs, and employers on business formation, governance, contracts, transactions, risk management, workforce immigration, and legal strategies that promote long-term business continuity and growth. He also represents individuals and families in a broad range of immigration matters, providing strategic guidance through complex legal processes.

Mr. Dueñas earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Houston–Downtown and his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law. 

He is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
